SS13 Characters

Foreword: It's worth nothing that the majority of my character backstories aren't "canon" to how I actually play the character on the RP servers. I prefer to play more loosely based in reacting to what makes sense in the round at the time, and though I might bring up a detail here or there it's more of a "take what you want and don't believe the rest" deal. if Tank is claiming he killed 10000 martians and that's why Nanotrasen hired him, you can probably just assume he's lying. Or don't. He won't care!

Tank Transfer

Roles: Scientist/Engineer/Janitor

Tank is an insectoid alien who survived the destruction of his homeworld thanks to a chance encounter with a mysterious automaton. He now works for Nanotrasen due to their frontier presence and specialty in plasma research.

Security note: Tank has a history of minor mischief and nuisancery. Feel free to punish harshly if he's acting disruptive, he's been warned.
Medical note: Transfer's genetic makeup is unlike any human previously studied-- No, wait, I was just holding the analyzer upside down.

Tank is a character that I use outside of Goonstation, both on other SS13 servers and in my own works. I like him!

Bobby Oddity

Pronouns: it/he | Age: 20
Roles: Security/Quartermaster

Bobby is a nervous young skeleton new to working for Nanotrasen on the frontier. His father works in command, and Bobby grew up hearing stories about the frontier -- he's just happy to finally be here, mainly.

Lewis Oddity

Pronouns: he/him | Age: 64
Roles: Head of Personnel/Captain

Ex-juicer. He's absent-minded, but generally well-intentioned. He lost his arm in an accident involving John Bill's bus, shortly before becoming a father and choosing to take on a job at Nanotrasen. Lewis tends to wear very gaudy clothing, and will go along with nearly anything if you tell him it's the newest trend.

Medical note: Arm amputated approx. 20 years ago, doesn't use a prosthetic by choice. Most organs are fairly damaged from long-term drug use.

Haz Lincoln

Pronouns: he/him | Age: 24
Roles: Engineer

Haz, short for hazard, is a bit of a loose cannon. He acts a touch erratic, with his mood shifting from moment to moment and an attention span even more transient. Despite this, he is quite intelligent; The braces on both of his arms are mechanisms of his own design. He's awfully friendly, just unreliable. He cares deeply for his older brother, Mace.

Flavor text: His fur sparks with static electricity.
Medical note: The mechanical bracings on both of his arms lend support to underdeveloped muscles. Only his fingers are actually amputated.
Syndicate intelligence: Haz has a brother named Mace Lincoln who takes contracts with Nanotrasen sometimes.

Mace Lincoln

Pronouns: he/him or she/her | Age: 35
Roles: Security/Angler

Mace worked security for Juicer Schweet's before it shut down, and he's never been quite the same since. Quiet, serious, and a bit troubled. He raised his younger brother alone after they came through to this dimension.
